The Briggs Group of companies and partners are proud to introduce its new training brand 'ICE' (International Centres of Excellence).

Briggs companies have been suppliers of training to all levels of personnel for over 20 years and in 1998 we became one of the first training providers in the UK to be accredited by the UK Nautical Institute to deliver Oil Spill Response training to the UK standards as laid down by the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA).

Briggs has also been recognised by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) as a supplier of Worldwide Oil Spill Response training that meets the core fundamentals and standards of their model courses.

ICE brings together our international training expertise and has resulted in the expansion of international training centres offered to our clients, along with an increase of our course portfolio. Courses available now also include Fire Safety, Health and Safety, HNS, COSHH training, Inland Spill Response, Road Tanker Overturn, Operational Training, BERR Offshore courses, plus computer based distance learning courses and many more.

All of our courses are delivered by experienced trainers from either our International Centres of Excellence, in: Aberdeen, Baku, Valletta, Rio de Janeiro, Egypt or Oman; alternatively we can deliver training at the clients' site, globally.
