HR Information System Developer - Fixed Term Contract 4 months

An opportunity has risen for An HR Information System Developer within our company HR team. Data protection and staff relations are essential within our company and it is vital that our records are kept up to date. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing processes in a recently installed Group HR Information System (Sage50HR) and providing administrative support for a short term project.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
• GAP analysis and production of project plan.
• Provision of efficient MIS data retention and reporting database
• From initial raw data (paper and electronic data), establish a complete information reporting system within the database for employee working patterns, leave and overall Group competency.
• Develop data entry and reporting processes and procedures to enable continued database management by existing HR team
• Reviewing current operational requirements
