MAINTENANCE PLANNER


Location: KINGSBURY, TAMWORTH

An opportunity currently exists to join the Briggs Group, an established company specialising in marine and environmental services. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for the planned and unplanned maintenance of all terminal assets, whilst working with and coordinating the terminal Engineers. This role will operate across 2 BP terminals connected to the UKOP pipeline – Kingsbury and Northampton.

Principle Responsibilities

• Optimise and maintain the terminal Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) ensuring the data stored is accurate
• Provide cover and leadership support on behalf of the Maintenance Supervisor
• Review, plan and organise resources to ensure planned maintenance is completed on time
• Attend and arrange engineering planning meetings
• Act as point of contact for the Project and maintenance teams to meet operational requirements
• Ensure all maintenance is carried out in compliance with the Company, terminal and legislative regulations
• Develop and update all maintenance processes and procedures
• Ensure spare parts are available and maintained
• Identify any opportunity to improve the maintenance systems
• Prepare maintenance financial reports

Your technical skillset should reflect the following:
Essential skillset:


• Educated to degree level or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
• Experience in Maintenance/ Asset Management training
• Hands on experience with CMMS, ideally Frontline
• Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Word and Excel
• Budget management experience – in particular, expenditure
• Current Full Driving License
