Briggs Environmental Services offers the full range of contaminated land consultancy services, from desk studies, site investigations and options appraisals through to remediation design and implementation.

Briggs is customer focused and dedicated to assisting clients with their long term liabilities and helping developers achieve their goals. Briggs offer a range of Contaminated Land services such as due diligence, oil and chemical spill response, investigations under part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, planning and redevelopment. In line with the model procedures for the assessment of potentially contaminated land (CLR 11), Briggs undertakes all investigations in a phased manner to ensure that the most cost effective investigation and if necessary remediation is undertaken.
