The Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Programme Coordinator to assist the Operations Manager with programme planning and updating of both commercial and Ministry of Defence (MOD) programmes.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Stores and Support Services departments for materials including work requirements
  • Compile delivery paperwork and returns including transport requests
  • Assist with production scheduling for mooring buoys and navigational marks
  • Ensure the fleet check database is kept up to date at all times so that vehicle maintenance can be efficiently carried out and licence checks are not left outstanding
  • Liaise with ports in regard to vessel movement
  • Collate and analyse data as required and present it in a clear, concise manner
  • Ensure client portal information is accurate
  • Take minutes at meetings and provide additional administrative support as workload allows

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. They will have worked towards monthly targets within a busy office environment and dealt with a variety of people at all levels.
