The Briggs Group collects and processes Personal Data relating to its employees to manage the employment relationship. The Company is committed to being transparent about how it collects and uses that Data and to meeting its Data protection obligations.

What sort of Data is collected?

Personal information provided by you is retained as long as the purpose for which the Data was collected continues, usually up to 6 months. It is then destroyed unless its retention is required to satisfy audit, legal, regulatory or accounting requirements or to protect our interests.
